INGREDIENTS

  • - 1 can black beans

  • - ¼ cup rice malt syrup

  • - 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • - ¼ cup coconut sugar

  • - ¼ cup cacao powder

  • - ½ tsp baking powder

  • - ¼ tsp salt

  • - 2 large eggs

  • - ¾ cup dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line a square oven tin

  2. Drain blackbeans and add to a good processor

  3. Add all remaining ingredients (except choc chips) and blend until smooth. Fold in choc chips

  4. Pour into tin, place in oven and bake for 25-30 min.
